SAAS for emphasising appreciation within organization teams

Introduction

This project involved creating complete online SAAS, from strategy, planning to development of application, promotional website, maintenance, promotion… There was a need for solution that was helping organizations, their teams and individuals to better understand what their customers appreciate about them.

Strategy & approach

SAAS was developed through Agile principles. First, basic version of software was realised, then additional functionalities and services were added on a regular level – with CICD model, in intervals from two weeks to one month.

SAAS also included online payment for smaller organizations and individual users, with free trial period. Complete mailing notification system was developed for informing users on a different level of actions taken or to be taken. SAAS was done with according to GDPR with protection of all users and their details, including encryptions and anonymisation of data.

API is introduced to connect with technical systems within organizations, so Appreciation process could be automated.
