SAAS for developing feedback culture in organizations

There was a need for solution that was helping organizations, their teams and individuals within those organizations and externally to provide feedback on specific behaviours. Individuals were able to check individual feedbacks as well to follow trends within behaviours and their groups.
Managers were able to follow (depending on company culture) individual behaviours of their team members, or behaviours anonymously on a group level. HR managers were able to see aggregate data for teams and based on that to understand and make decisions on what behaviours are good and which ones should be improved with organizing additional support or education.
Behaviours were tailored for different organizations and different functions within them. Individual and team recognitions were also part of a SAAS, so individuals and teams were recognised for their success. Additionally, to behaviours feedback, all activities were tracked on a group level, so through detailed statistics we could track how users were using application and made recommendations and decisions on how to further improve usage and user experience…

Challenges
- Developing such a SAAS with so many functionalities and services within deadlines and budgets.
- Maintaining SAAS during a usage period, with constant improvements.
- Adapting system for organizations and their specific needs and processes.
SAAS was developed through Agile principles. First, basic version of software was realised, then additional functionalities and services were added on a regular level – with CICD model, in intervals from two weeks to one month.
SAAS also included online payment for smaller organizations and individual users, with free trial period. Complete mailing notification system was developed for informing users on a different level of actions taken or to be taken. SAAS was done with according to GDPR with protection of all users and their details, including encryptions and anonymisation of data.
